Katie was born and raised in Modesto, California.  She attended college at Chico State University, and earned her BS degree in Psychology.  While at Chico State University, Katie joined the Alpha Phi sorority and is an active alumna today.  Katie lived in Southern California for over 14 years, before moving to Texas, and finally residing in Roseville for the last 12 years.  She is married and has 2 young children. The family she married into has been in Roseville for generations and has extensive knowledge of the area.

Katie has a strong work ethic and has had a job since she was 15 years old.  She has had a long work history of success in working with clients, building relationships, understanding current market trends and finding solutions for consumer demands.  Katie always brings positive energy and high integrity to the table in all situations.  She is always solution oriented. Katie also has personal experience with investment properties and flipping houses.

After getting her license, Katie joined the family team, Corin + Burns Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. The team consists of her father-in-law, John Corin, and sister-in-law, Elena Burns. Combined they have over 27 years of experience.

Katie’s current interests are spending time with her family since time seems to fly by fast with kids.  She is currently involved in many of the local kids’ sports programs including ballet, swim, soccer, and karate. In her free time, they enjoy spending time at the beach in Oceanside, walking open space trails, or in the mountains enjoying nature.
